All orders are shipped via insured delivery with UPS or DHL. An estimated delivery time is provided during checkout.
Orders from our own stock are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders from our partner’s stock are dispatched within 3–4 business days.
Please refer to ‘Shipping & Returns’ in the product description for the delivery timeframe of your item. You will be informed of the expected delivery time upon completing your order.
Please note that Archives de Luxe cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
IMPORT DUTIES AND CUSTOM FEES;
All items are shipped from the Netherlands so take customs costs into account if you are based outside the EU. Archives de Luxe is not liable for delays due to customs clearance problems at the destination.

PICKUP
At checkout, you may choose to pick up your order nearby Breda, The Netherlands. If you wish to pick up, select this option at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by another email to schedule an appointment. Pickup is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
