All orders will be sent by insured delivery with UPS or DHL. An estimated delivery time will be provided during check out. Orders are shipped within 1 business day, and you'll be informed of the expected delivery time upon completing your order. Please note that Archives de Luxe is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
IMPORT DUTIES AND CUSTOM FEES;
All items are shipped from the Netherlands so take customs costs into account if you are based outside the EU. Archives de Luxe is not liable for delays due to customs clearance problems at the destination.

PICKUP
At checkout, you may choose to pick up your order nearby Breda, The Netherlands. If you wish to pick up, select this option at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by another email to schedule an appointment. Pickup is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
